Evidence that advances pediatric care.

We build the research behind better care, and work to put it within reach of more children with disabilities.

A new chapter,
built on research.

Since 2014, we’ve helped children with disabilities get the care and support they need. Now we’re going further, into pediatric neurorehabilitation research and the work of turning what we learn into greater access to care.

Many effective therapies aren’t yet backed by enough published evidence, which limits how widely they’re covered and adopted. Closing that gap is why we exist.

Proven care since 2008.
Building the evidence to reach every child.

NAPA Center has delivered intensive pediatric therapy since 2008, reaching children and families across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, and measuring outcomes along the way. The NAPA Center Kids Foundation grew from that work in 2014 to take it further: turning everyday clinical experience into rigorous research, evidence, and greater access to care.

3,486children served in 2025

97.7%of families rated the quality of therapy highly
94%of families would return

But delivering great care is only part of the work. Many effective therapies aren’t yet backed by enough published evidence, which limits how widely they’re covered by insurers and adopted in practice.

Stronger evidence can change that. Help us turn a decade of results into the research that brings proven care to more children.

The future we’re working toward.

A future where evidence and innovation move together, so every child has access to the care and opportunities they need to reach their potential.

Values that guide our work.

Hope

We believe in what’s possible. Every unanswered question is a chance to learn, improve care, and create greater possibilities for children with disabilities.

Impact

Research should lead to meaningful change. We pursue questions that matter in the real world, and measure success not only by what we learn, but by how that knowledge improves care, outcomes, and opportunity for children.

Evidence

Better questions create better care. We value scientific rigor while recognizing the complexity of real-world pediatric care. We bring research and clinical expertise together to build evidence that’s both credible and clinically meaningful.

Innovation

Progress requires curiosity. We stay open to new ideas and emerging approaches while asking the questions we need to understand what works, for whom, and why.

How research becomes care.

We start with a clinical need and follow it all the way to access.

Step 1

Clinical need

Our questions come from real pediatric care.

Step 2

Research

We conduct and collaborate on rigorous studies.

Step 3

Evidence

We share findings, whether positive, negative, or inconclusive.

Step 4

Influence

We bring evidence to the people who decide practice, coverage, and policy.

Step 5

Access

We work to turn stronger evidence into greater access to care.

Two ways to move this work forward

Your support helps turn unanswered clinical questions into research, and research into greater access to care.

A separate public charity. NAPA Center Kids Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity affiliated with NAPA Center, with its own EIN. Gifts support our charitable mission, not NAPA Center’s commercial operations.

A story that supports our work.

Tiger Sunset, an independent creative company, is selling Brody the Coyote: Chocolate Milk Lake, a children’s book for ages 4 to 8. From November 1 through December 31, 2026, at least $6.00 from every copy sold goes to NAPA Center Kids Foundation. The book is sold on Tiger Sunset’s site.

Clear answers for donors.

What does my donation support?

Your gift funds pediatric neurorehabilitation research and the work of turning what we learn into greater access to care. That includes research staff and infrastructure, clinically relevant studies, and the effort to move evidence toward the clinicians, insurers, and policymakers who decide what care children can get.

Is my gift tax-deductible?

Yes. The NAPA Center Kids Foundation is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 46-4448658, so your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. For gifts of $250 or more, we’ll send a written acknowledgment for your records. We can’t offer tax advice, so please check with your tax advisor about your own situation.

How is the Foundation different from NAPA Center?

NAPA Center is a pediatric therapy provider, the place where families receive care. The NAPA Center Kids Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) public charity focused on research and expanding access to care. We’re part of the same family and work closely together, but we’re distinct organizations with separate finances and governance. Your gift supports the Foundation’s charitable mission, not NAPA Center’s commercial operations. Some research is carried out with NAPA’s clinicians and clinics, because that’s where the expertise and the children are, but that work runs under formal, arm’s-length agreements with independent oversight.

Where does my money go, and does any of it go to NAPA Center?

Your gift supports the Foundation’s charitable mission, not NAPA Center’s commercial operations. Some of our research is carried out with NAPA Center’s clinicians and clinics, because that’s where the clinical expertise and the children are, but that work is done under formal, arm’s-length agreements with independent oversight. Your donation funds the charitable research and access work.

How can I give?

You can make a one-time gift or set up a recurring monthly donation, and you can give in honor or in memory of someone. Many employers match charitable gifts too, so check with yours to see if you can double your impact.

Will I hear how my gift helped?

Yes. We share progress through regular updates and periodic impact reports, so you can see how research is moving toward real change for children. Sign up for our newsletter to follow along.
